Remarks are no longer authentic or actionable after being parsed by AI and over-specced requirements of having to adhere to various ‘competencies’
Vetters and writers spend inordinate amount of time trying to ‘force-fit’ comments into a particular positive mould.
Application of AI increases ‘noise’ rather than provides clarity into data points for the parents and students.
