What is a CRM tool?

CRM, or Customer Relationship Management tools enable you to manage your users. This can be used for internal (within agency and WOG), and external users (public).

Why use a CRM tool?

CRM tools allows you to track your users more effectively.

CRM tools are not very useful if your scale is small; but once you move up from 50-100 users at once, solutions such as email and Excel gets harder to scale.
